JZ77 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Fair Play & Usage

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JZ77 website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JZ77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside any additional terms that may be published in connection with specific promotions, games, or features on the Platform.

JZ77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

All content on the JZ77 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of JZ77 or its content providers and is protected accordingly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

2 Eligibility

To register and use JZ77, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JZ77 operates a strict no-underage-gaming policy. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds held pending review.
• You must be the account holder and act on your own behalf at all times.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of JZ77 or any of its affiliated companies.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If more than one account is found to be registered to the same individual, household, or device, JZ77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details — including your password — confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. JZ77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your credentials.

• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via the support channel.
• Do not use a shared device to access your JZ77 account without logging out properly after each session.
• Account usernames and registered email addresses cannot be changed once set. Contact support if you need to update other personal details.

JZ77 may carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This involves confirming your identity, address, and payment method. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending completion of KYC. All information shared during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits

JZ77 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the Platform.

Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. JZ77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• JZ77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Deposited funds are held in your account wallet and can be used for betting and gaming across all sections of the Platform.

JZ77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any deposit it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made once your account has been verified. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method registered to your verified account.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. VIP members benefit from priority processing across all withdrawal methods.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• JZ77 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JZ77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms attached to it.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on JZ77:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

JZ77 monitors bonus usage to detect abuse. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account review.

7 Betting Rules

JZ77 offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• JZ77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed issue, or human mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market, as displayed in the betting section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may be adjusted at JZ77's discretion, particularly for large events such as PSL finals or ICC tournaments.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Due to the fast-moving nature of live markets, bets may be delayed or rejected if market conditions change significantly between submission and acceptance.
• JZ77 will not be held responsible for any connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet not being placed or being placed incorrectly.

Any attempt to place bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8 Casino & Games

JZ77's game library includes slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, and other casino-style titles sourced from certified third-party game providers. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems maintained by the respective providers.

• Game results are final. JZ77 will not reverse the outcome of a completed game round under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will either be completed from the point of interruption or voided, with the stake returned to the player's account.
• Displayed return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of game rounds. Individual session results will vary.
• JZ77 reserves the right to remove or replace any game in the library at any time, with or without prior notice to players.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain is strictly prohibited. Players who are found to have done so will have affected winnings voided and their accounts reviewed.

9 Security & Fraud Prevention

JZ77 takes the security of its platform and its players seriously. We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect player data and transactions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with Platform systems.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.

JZ77 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation or request from relevant authorities. If fraud or illegal activity is detected, affected funds may be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

10 Privacy & Data

JZ77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect data such as your name, contact details, payment information, and activity logs for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Anonymised and aggregated data may be used internally for analytics and platform development.
• You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting our support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

JZ77 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or a way to recover losses.

12 Limitation of Liability

• JZ77 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processor issues.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JZ77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.
